CANCELLATION
Life happens, I totally get it!
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
No-call / no-shows will require a $25 fee before booking your next appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
I want every guest to get the full Golden Cove experience.
If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, we may need to reschedule.
If we can still move forward, your service might be adjusted to fit the remaining time
REDO
Sometimes a little fine-tuning is part of the process.
If something doesn’t feel quite right, contact me within 7 days of your visit. We’ll make it right together.
